Tent Reception at an Unbelievable Value!

- Advance ordering is the key to obtaining good seats! Look through the Ravinia 2008 calendar and select your preferred concert dates.
- Fill out the group order form to make ticket, tent and private dining reservations for the concert you would like to attend.
- If you wish to reserve multiple concert dates, please fill out a separate form for each. Feel free to make your own copies or contact the office to send you additional forms.
Indicate on the form if you are interested in a catered event; our exclusive caterers will contact you to assist in planning and preparation of all lawn, tent or banquet events.
- After the order is processed, an invoice will be sent to you; a deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Any adjustments to your ticket order can be made 30 or more days prior to your event.
- Tickets are issued upon final payment. With your tickets you will receive a confirmation letter that includes details about your Ravinia personal contact and park check-in time, as well as a park map and other useful information for your guests.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit of the ticket cost plus the tent rental or banquet room rental fee (when applicable) must be received within 14 days of the invoice. Reservations will be released if no deposit is made within this time period.
- A $20 shipping and handling fee for tickets will be added to invoice.
- Groups of 40 or more with the purchase of reserved seats are eligible to host a tent or banquet reception.
- Performances that the box office deems (at their discretion) to be sold out when seat assignment occurs will require full payment within 5 business days of notification.
